Colours of Malaysia
It's an entire month of culture, craft and cuisine. The 'Colours of Malaysia' brings together activities, exhibitions and events that showcase the best that Malaysia has to offer. Join in the festivities as the month kicks off with a parade as well as dance and music performances. Food festivals and cultural exhibitions are also held throughout the country.

Kuala Lumpur Arts Market
Art to see, hear, experience and buy! It’s art for the whole family to enjoy! Every first Saturday of the month, the surroundings of National Art Gallery is transformed into KL’s liveliest arts and crafts market – Laman Seni Kuala Lumpur or Kuala Lumpur Arts Market – with over 80 artists and craftspersons showing and selling their works. Visitors can shop for unique art and craft items, mingle with stallholders, participate in family art activities, enjoy ‘teh tarik’ at the stalls or take a break at the Gallery Cafe. View the great new exhibitions in the National Art Gallery, catch free movie screenings, or see a masterly Tok Dalang perform Wayang Kulit. These are just some of the fun activities you can expect at LSKL! See you at Laman Seni Kuala Lumpur – first Saturday(8 a.m – 5 p.m), each month. Free entrance and parking for public.

Tadau Kaamatan
Grateful thanks are offered to the spirit of the paddy, Bambaazon by the KadazanDusun. This is the Tadau Kaamatan celebrated by Sabah’s largest ethnic group. Abundant rice wine or tuak, delicious food, dancing, buffalo racing and a variety of games and other festivities take place as part of the celebrations. The Malaysia Open House for the Tadau Kaamatan and Gawai Dayak will be held on 11th June 2005 in Kuala Lumpur.
